This early window allows you time to view, reserve, or secure pieces in advance. Notifications are sent automatically based on availability, so no additional action is required.

Does membership guarantee availability?

Membership does not guarantee availability. All items are offered in limited quantities and secured on a first-come basis during the 24-hour early access period. During this time, you may: 1. Purchase at the listed price; 2. Submit an offer; or 3. Reserve an item. Availability remains subject to demand until the item is confirmed or reserved.

Which categories are included?

Can I cancel or refund my membership?

VINTQ memberships are offered with 14-day, monthly, and annual access plans and are non-refundable. This policy applies due to the exclusivity of early access, which is granted immediately upon membership activation. Since this early access cannot be revoked or reversed once granted, all membership fees are considered final. You can cancel a monthly or annual membership at any time to prevent future renewals. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will automatically expire.
