As a VINTQ Member, you'll receive priority email notifications sent to the active email address you provide when registering for your membership. These notifications are typically sent approximately 24 hours before new pieces are released in the VINTQ New Arrivals collection, giving you exclusive advance access before they're available to the general public. During this early-access period, you'll have the opportunity to: Browse newly curated vintage and antique pieces before public release Purchase or reserve available items ahead of other customers Discover rare, one-of-a-kind objects before they're added to the public catalogue Enjoy priority access to selected collections and limited releases Early access notifications are sent automatically whenever eligible items are scheduled for release. No additional action is required after your membership has been activated—simply ensure that: Your registered email address is current and active You're able to receive emails from VINTQ (including checking your spam or junk folder if you haven't received a notification) Your membership remains active Please note that early-access notifications are sent subject to availability and apply to selected product releases. While membership gives you priority access before the public launch, availability cannot be guaranteed, as all items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and many are one-of-a-kind.

While VINTQ Membership provides exclusive 24-hour early access to selected new arrivals, it does not guarantee the availability of any item. Many of the pieces offered on VINTQ are one of a kind, vintage, antique, or produced in extremely limited quantities. As a result, all items are made available on a first-come, first-served basis during the exclusive early-access period. During your 24-hour priority access window, you may: Purchase the item immediately at the listed price. Submit an offer, where the option is available. Reserve an item, where applicable and subject to VINTQ's reservation policy. Please note that an item remains available to other eligible members until one of the following occurs: The purchase has been successfully completed and confirmed. A reservation has been accepted and confirmed by VINTQ. The item has otherwise been removed from availability. Submitting an offer does not reserve or hold an item. Until an offer has been accepted and confirmed, the item may still be purchased by another customer. Although Membership gives you the opportunity to browse and purchase new arrivals before they are released to the public, availability is always subject to demand. We therefore encourage members to act promptly if they discover a piece they would like to add to their collection.

Membership applies to VINTQ's complete range of carefully curated collections, including: Art, including original paintings, photographs, prints, and mixed-media works Home décor, featuring decorative objects and interior accessories Porcelain and ceramics, including serving pieces, vases, and other pieces Jewellery, from vintage costume jewellery to collectible pieces Objects, including sculptural works, curiosities, and decorative accessories Collectibles, featuring rare and historically significant pieces Furniture, lighting, and other unique vintage and antique finds And many more carefully curated categories as new collections are introduced. Because many of our items are unique or available in extremely limited quantities, early access gives members the opportunity to discover and secure exceptional pieces before they're released to the public. As new collections and categories are added to VINTQ, your membership benefits automatically extend to those releases whenever early access is offered—there's nothing extra you need to do. VINTQ Memberships are available as 14-day, monthly, and annual plans, giving you the flexibility to choose the option that best suits your collecting and shopping preferences. Please note that all membership purchases are non-refundable. If you have purchased a monthly or annual membership, you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future automatic renewals. When you cancel: Your membership will remain fully active until the end of your current billing period You'll continue to receive all membership benefits, including early access notifications, until your subscription expires No further payments will be charged after your current billing cycle ends Your membership will automatically expire unless you choose to renew The 14-day membership is a fixed-term plan and will expire automatically at the end of the 14-day access period. No cancellation is required.
