The shipping method applicable to each product is determined by the item’s dimensions, weight, and constituent material(s). Shipping fees vary depending on the selected shipping method and the physical characteristics of the item.

In certain circumstances, supplementary fees may apply. Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to, delivery locations that are inaccessible by standard road transport, require ferry or water crossings, or items that necessitate specialized handling, equipment, or logistical arrangements to complete delivery.

Home Delivery

• Transported via van or truck

• Delivered to the buyer’s designated room of choice

• All packing and protective materials removed upon delivery

 

Air Freight + Home Delivery

• Professionally crated for international transport

• Shipped via an accredited air freight carrier

• Delivered by van or truck

• Placed in the buyer’s room of choice

• Packing and crating materials removed upon completion of delivery

 

Air Freight + Front Door Delivery

Managed by VINTQ

• Professionally crated prior to shipment

• Transported using an air freight carrier

• Delivered to the buyer’s front door or building entrance

• The buyer is solely responsible for uncrating (tools required), moving the item into the residence, and disposing of all packing materials

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on the size, weight, material composition, and/or declared value of the item.

Free Shipping

• From time to time, VINTQ may offer free shipping promotions at its sole discretion

• Smaller items are generally delivered within approximately two (2) weeks from the date of purchase, while larger items may require up to six (6) weeks for delivery. Deliveries involving non-standard or remote routes within the EU may take up to eight (8) weeks

• In the event an item shipped under a Free Shipping promotion is returned, the buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs

 

Parcel Delivery

Smaller items and decorative objects are typically shipped via parcel delivery carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, national postal services, or comparable providers.

• After purchase, buyers will receive an email notification confirming the carrier’s name and tracking information

• Most parcel shipments are dispatched within three (3) business days following order confirmation

• Domestic deliveries within the European Union typically arrive within ten (10) days or fewer from the order date

 

Home Delivery

Larger items and furniture generally require specialized handling and are transported using dedicated freight and home delivery partners.

• Buyers will receive an email update containing the carrier’s name and tracking details within three (3) business days following the sale

• Most large items are collected within an average of fifteen (15) business days after the tracking number is issued

• Delivery typically occurs within three (3) to six (6) weeks following pickup

• Deliveries to locations outside standard shipping routes may require up to eight (8) weeks

VINTQ’s home delivery partners are responsible for appropriate wrapping and securing of items to ensure safe transit. All shipments are insured against loss or damage occurring during transportation, up to the final sale price of the item.

Home delivery services do not include installation, mounting, or assembly of any item.

 

Shipping Outside of the European Union

​

At this time, VINTQ facilitates shipping exclusively within Member States of the European Union.

We do not currently ship to destinations outside the European Union.

​

Customers residing outside the EU who wish to purchase an item may elect to ship the item to a friend, family member, or freight consolidator located within the European Union, who may then forward the item at their discretion.
