A Problem With a Delivery
Please notify VINTQ without delay if you believe that your purchase has sustained damage during transit. Upon receipt of such notification, VINTQ will investigate and take appropriate follow-up action. For VINTQ parcel shipping orders, buyers are granted forty-eight (48) hours from the confirmed delivery time to inspect the item and to contact info@vintq.com in the event of damage, non-conformity, or if a return is being requested. All communications must include clear photographic evidence and a written description of the alleged damage or issue believed to have occurred during shipment.
All claims, notices, or concerns must be submitted exclusively to info@vintq.com. Buyers must not contact the carrier or shipping provider directly, as doing so may interfere with the claims process and affect eligibility for reimbursement or resolution.
VINTQ Local Delivery
Items delivered via VINTQ-arranged local delivery services are insured by the designated home delivery provider up to the full transaction value, covering loss or damage where repair or replacement is deemed appropriate. Each item is documented and inspected at the point of collection and again upon delivery. This insurance coverage excludes minor wear consistent with age or use, as well as immaterial condition variances. However, it does include any substantial or material damage demonstrably caused during the transportation process.
Upon receipt of an item delivered by a delivery service, the buyer is required to conduct a thorough inspection prior to acceptance and must clearly note any visible damage or concerns on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing.

Execution of the BOL without written notation of defects or damage constitutes acknowledgment of receipt in acceptable condition and may limit or void the buyer’s ability to pursue a damage claim.
Parcel Delivery
VINTQ bears responsibility for ensuring that each parcel-shipped item is professionally and securely packaged in a manner intended to prevent damage during transit. In circumstances where an item is demonstrably damaged while in shipment, VINTQ will initiate a formal claim with the applicable carrier. The carrier may arrange collection of the damaged item as part of the investigation process.
Once the carrier claim has been fully resolved, VINTQ will issue a refund to the buyer in accordance with the outcome of the claim. Where shipping damage is clearly established, VINTQ will submit the claim on behalf of the transaction. Reimbursement to the seller shall occur only if and when the carrier formally accepts the claim.
Cancellations
VINTQ does not permit order cancellations. All completed online purchases are deemed final at the point of sale and cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
Returns
VINTQ is committed to providing buyers with confidence and assurance when purchasing through the platform. A return may be considered only in the following circumstances:

The item is damaged during transit

The item received is materially different from the item purchased
All sales become final forty-eight (48) hours after confirmed delivery.

Cross-border returns within or between EU Member States may be subject to varying procedures depending on the origin and destination countries. Buyers are solely responsible for any applicable customs documentation, VAT, duties, or import/export charges where applicable.

For all approved returns, the buyer is responsible for the full cost of return packing and transportation.
To initiate a return request or to notify VINTQ that an item was refused at pickup or delivery, buyers must email info@vintq.com, providing the order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the return request.
Return an Item
For VINTQ parcel shipping orders, buyers have forty-eight (48) hours from delivery to inspect the item(s) and notify info@vintq.com if a return is requested. Buyers are responsible for both outbound and return shipping fees, which will be deducted from the original purchase amount, inclusive of applicable taxes where relevant.
For parcel returns, buyers must securely package and ship the item within three (3) business days of receiving the return shipping label (issued by VINTQ). Buyers may also be liable for packing or handling fees incurred by the seller. Returns that are not received in original condition may be deemed ineligible for reimbursement.
When submitting a return request, buyers must include the following:

The VINTQ order number (as referenced in the order confirmation email)

For damaged items, clear photographs of the item and its packaging
Upon review of the return request, VINTQ will provide further instructions as applicable.
All returned items must be received in their original condition, unused, and accompanied by all original packaging materials, accessories, and documentation. VINTQ reserves the right to apply deductions for any damage not attributable to transportation. Refunds, less any buyer-borne charges, will be processed once the item is confirmed as safely returned to the seller.
To mitigate the risk of dissatisfaction or return, buyers are strongly advised to carefully review all item photographs, descriptions, and condition details prior to purchase. Buyers are encouraged to submit questions using the “Send Message” function on the product page before completing a transaction. Items should also be thoroughly inspected before acceptance at the time of local pickup or local delivery.
