Blush Ivory is a decorative piece from Royal Worcester, known for its soft, toned body and elegant late 19th-century aesthetic, often combined with painted flowers, leaves or gilded details. The Royal Worcester Museum notes that ‘’Blush Ivory’’ was still being produced around 1910, and production ceased around 1914 as styles shifted away from Art Nouveau towards brighter, more geometric tastes. Look for a soft ivory base, refined gilding and hand-painted motifs that are in keeping with late Victorian and Edwardian design. Marks and mold numbers can help confirm authenticity and date. Condition is very important, as cracks in the rims, worn gilding and restored handles can significantly reduce collector demand, even if the piece remains attractive.
