Capodimonte Porcelain

Differences in Capodimonte marks come from production era, painter signature habits, ownership changes, and later workshop interpretations. The earliest marks were hand-painted and sometimes vary in size and shape. Later manufacturers used printed stamps or modified symbols, sometimes adding initials or logos. Because multiple factories produced Capodimonte-style porcelain over two centuries, mark variation reflects evolving identity and changing production environments.
