Maltese Mdina art glass seahorse paperweight, hand-blown in Malta in the late 20th century. This sculptural paperweight features a transparent aquamarine seahorse perched on a deep cobalt blue base, enriched with the gliding green and yellow inclusions typical of Mdina glass. Decorative and functional, it reflects the organic forms and vibrant colour palette characteristic of Maltese art glass from the 1970s. The rounded base is acid-etched with the inscription "Mdina".
