This sculptural paperweight features a stylized, transparent aquamarine seahorse perched atop a deep cobalt blue base, decorated with swaying green and yellow inclusions, typical of Mdina's organic glassmaking style. The base is polished and acid-etched with the inscription "Mdina". A distinctive example of 1970s Maltese studio crystal, designed to be both decorative and functional.
